Alessandro Slama, Pastry Chef, was born in Ischia, and from an early age he learned the art of leavened products and mother yeast. The passion for this profession drives him to travel, acquiring many skills and abilities and becoming a technician and teacher for some schools and companies. He also participates in many courses alongside important Masters, from whom he learns new techniques and methodologies. In 2011 he won the first prize for the Bakery cake at the Sigep Bread Cup event in Rimini. Ischia Pane was born in 2004, a historic point of the island.
